Refund policy

We cannot offer refunds on repair work or for the cost of shipping instruments to and from the repair shop.


Returns and exchanges on Store items

If your item arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, please contact Cutting Edge Repair (cuttingedgerepair1@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving the damaged item or within 14 days of the expected delivery date of the lost item. This policy does not cover musical instruments lost or damaged during shipping.

For item returns, please contact Cutting Edge Repair (cuttingedgerepair1@gmail.com) within 7 days and return the item in its original, unopened, resalable condition within 14 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cuttingedgerepair1@gmail.com.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should first contact us at cuttingedgerepair1@gmail.com.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
